Anyone older than High School that wants to Train Like A Mustang athlete
7 Weeks | 3 Days per Week | 21 Sessions | June 3rd through July 26th (July 4th Week OFF)
Comprehensive Speed & Movement Training
Total Body Strength Training

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
5:30 a.m. (about 1 hour)

Memorial Day Week - Off Week - May 27th - 31st
Week 1 - June 3rd, 5th, & 7th
Week 2 - June 10th, 12th, & 14th
Week 3 - June 17th, 19th, & 21st
Week 4 - June 24th, 26th, & 28th
July 4th Week - Off Week - July 1st - 5th
Week 5 - July 8th, 10th, & 12th
Week 6 - July 15th, 17th, & 19th
Week 7 - July 22nd, 24th, & 26th
Last Week in July - Off Week - July 29th - August 2nd

By purchasing this training package I agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend Preston Pedersen and MVCSD and all affiliates from any and all claims resulting from injuries including death, damages, and losses sustained by me associated with activities of the Train Like A Mustang program. I understand that Preston Pedersen and MVCSD and all affiliates are not conducting a medical program and will not correct any pre-existing medical conditions. I am a healthy individual and there is no reason why I should not be performing physical activity. I understand that there is an inherent risk of physical harm associated with participating in a fitness program and related exercise equipment. By purchasing this package, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this statement.
DISCLAIMER
I will always defer to MVCSD activities. So, if a schedule change happens I will do my best to accommodate this "Train Like A Mustang" schedule (most likely by moving dates around). Thanks for your understanding!
